This year’s Women in Sales Awards finalists have just been announced and Powerforce is absolutely thrilled with the news that a total of 6 colleagues have been shortlisted. Our finalists have been shortlisted across multiple categories including Sales Manager, Field Sales, Sales Support and Sales Director.
The Women in Sales Awards has been created to bring a greater awareness of the need for gender diversity in sales and in executive leadership teams and is also an opportunity to celebrate the achievement of women in sales roles. The top finalists will take part in a judging day where they will be interviewed and judged on a set criteria based on areas such as Attitude, Skills, Process, Knowledge, Commercial Acumen and ability to achieve targets.
Women make up three quarters of the senior leadership team at Powerforce, however, the highest number of nominees work in entry level sales roles highlighting the strength of women that Powerforce has across all levels of the business.
Nicky Sanderson, Managing Director of Powerforce said:
Equality and diversity are central themes to how we operate as a business. We are so lucky to have such strong role models within the sales industry and are delighted that 6 of them are finalists in this year’s awards. We are passionate about creating opportunities for all and regardless of the outcome, making the shortlist against such high calibre competition is something that we are really proud of.
