Great Place To Work® published the list of accredited UK Best Workplaces for Women™ with Powerforce placing 10th of 38 accredited Medium Organisations.
We are incredibly proud to have achieved this prestigious accreditation which reflects the focus we have put on our Equality, Inclusion and Diversity agenda especially when considering the rigorous eligibility criteria which includes:
- A minimum of 25% women in the workforce
- A minimum of 25% women in senior positions
- A confidence level of 80% (+/-5%) for data from female workforce
- A Trust Index© for women population above Best Workplaces™ thresholds
