As June comes to an end and we reflect on our first celebration of Pride Month, our LGBTQ+ Committee have done a stellar job of giving us the tools to support our focus of being kind, being open minded and being willing to learn. We have covered topics including the history of Pride, allyship, using pronouns correctly, flags and their meanings as well as events including a pub quiz musical Pride bingo.
Whilst Pride Month is over for 2021, our LGBTQ+ Committee have enabled conversations across Powerforce that will continue long past 30th June.
